Pastor Emeritus Mae Parker was born on June 02, 1930, in Northampton County, Virginia, to Annie Boggs Bull and Henry Bull. She was one of eight children. Her stepfather, William Kellum, played a significant and faithful role in her upbringing and was devoted to the entire family. On the early morning of February 21, 2026, at Duke University Hospital, Mae peacefully transitioned from this life to be with the Lord.
Pastor Mae Parker received her education in Northampton Public school in Exmore, VA. and later move to Wardtown, VA. schools where she began in the Wardtown school at the age of 12 in the 5th. grade and remained there until she finished the 7th grade. She left there and went to High school in Accomack in the 8th grade at T.C. Walker for one year after which then dropped out the following year, after which a son was born.
