Melibeha Cassinagus Timberlake

Melibeha Cassinagus (Cassie) Timberlake, was born on April 6, 1977, to Evangelist Brenda L. Timberlake. She is granddaughter of Reverend Burma and Edward Timberlake who preceded her in death. She departed this life on July 10, 2025, at Duke University Medical Center, Durham NC.

She was an honor graduate at Riverside Highschool, attended Durham Technical Community College and Shaw University Divinity School.  A career in computer science included Time Warner Cable and GlaxoSmithKline in Research Triangle Park, NC. She was an inspiration to employees and staff alike.

Cassie had a special walk and gift from the Lord. She joined the Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (UCMBC) at an early age and remained active until her failing health.  A member of the music ministry at UCMBC, she played for the Harold Trice Ensemble. She had a sweet, soft, voice and was an anointed young woman in Christ

 Her memory will be treasured by her mother, Evangelist Brenda L. Timberlake and daughter, Jibriel Emanuelique Timberlake, along with a host of loving cousins and friends.
