Lila Johnson (Troy)

Lila Mae Troy-Johnson was born September 17, 1940, in Clarkton, NC to the late Novella and Henry Johnson. Lila departed this earthly life on February 27, 2021 at Carver Rehabilitation and Living Center in Durham, NC.

She leaves to cherish her memory, three sons: Terry Troy, Sr., Maurice Troy, and Chris Troy; and one daughter: Gwen Troy-McKinney.
A public viewing will be held Friday evening, March 5th at Bethel Tabernacle, 2517 South Alston Avenue, Durham, NC. The time is to-be-determined.

Her homegoing service will be held on Saturday, March 6th, 1pm, at Antioch Baptist Church, 1415 Holloway Street, Durham, NC. Proceeded by a viewing at noon.
