Katie Michelle Gilchrist

Katie Michelle Gilchrist was born in Fayetteville NC on July 14, 1953 to the late Edward and Ola Gilchrist. On the morning of Sunday, August 30, 2020 she peacefully departed from this life at the age of 67. Katie was educated in Durham Public Schools. At an early age she married and moved to New York. Years later, after relocating back to Durham she worked as a health care aide, a cleaning service technician at RTP, an elderly sitter and baby sitter. Before her health began to fail, she worked several restaurant jobs through
DECI.
