Joseph (Jr.) Allen

May 20, 1964 to January 5, 2026

Joseph Allen was born to Ms. Rose Bell Allen and Mr. Herbert Bert on May 20,1964 in the town of Apex, North Carolina. He went to Apex high school and he spent most of his career working in the Tabaco field, construction and carpentry. He loved playing basketball, spending with children and family. He was of Christian faith and he attended church at the Harnett Country Rehabilitation Center. During his stay at the Nursing Facility, he loved beating his component at Checkers.

Joseph leaves behind his loving sister, Rosa Marie Allen, and older brother, James Allen. He also leaves 3 aunts: Bessie Sumpter, Mary Price, and Annie Mae Hunter. In addition, he leaves his two nieces: Taja Wilson, and Joyce Wilson; along with two nephews, Terry Smith and Demetrius Allen, and a host of friends and distant relatives.
