For many years this man of God has preached and drew sinners to a saving God. Now all can find peace knowing he is now sitting at the welcome table hearing the Master say “Well-Done” thou good and faithful servant, you have been faithful over the things on earth, now I will make you ruler over many. Apostle Rankins was the Founder and Senior Pastor of United for Christ Outreach Ministry.
