Fannie Scott

Fannie Scott was born in Durham, NC to William and Mamie Jackson. She was married to the late Troy Scott for 42 years. They were members of Shiloh Holiness Church.

On September 3, 2019, Fannie peacefully entered into eternal rest at Eno Point Assisted Living Center, Durham, NC. She attended Durham City Schools and retired from Erwin Mills as a housekeeper. She was the praying mother of her Senior Residence Home. She enjoyed reading, singing and storytelling. 

Fannie was preceded in death by her Mother and Father, one Brother, William Jackson, one Sister, Ethel Huggins, two Daughters, Judy Alston and Carolyn McComb, two Sons, Earnest Jackson and Richard McComb.

She leaves to cherish her memory two children, Edward Thorpe of Durham, NC and Jacklyn Jackson of Dothan, Al, a special niece, Gloria Higgins, eighteen grandchildren, Paul, Deron, Melissa, Tyrone, Timothy, Edward, Pamela, David, Michelle, Mamie, Donald, Teresa, Staci, William, Lisa, Kenny and a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
